Who writes this content

Everything published on the Costifys blog is written and reviewed by the Costifys editorial team and attributed to Costifys Editorial. We do not publish under invented author personas. If an article is written or reviewed by a named practitioner, that person is identified by name, firm and credential, and the attribution means they genuinely wrote or reviewed it.

How we source claims

Industry figures, salary data, fee benchmarks and market statistics are attributed to their original source and linked wherever a public source exists. Where we cite a professional body, a government dataset or a published industry survey, we name it. Where a number comes from our own product data, we say so explicitly and describe how it was calculated.

We do not publish aggregated customer benchmarks until the sample is large enough to be meaningful. When we do, the sample size and method will be published alongside the figures.

Product claims and pricing

We describe features that exist today. Features in development are labelled as such on the pricing page and are never presented as shipped. Prices quoted in articles reflect our published pricing at the time of writing; the pricing page is always the authoritative source.

When we compare Costifys to another product, we use that product's publicly published pricing and features, and we date the comparison. If we get a competitor's details wrong, we correct it.

Reviews and testimonials

We do not publish star ratings or aggregate review scores for our own product on our own site. Ratings that describe Costifys belong on independent platforms where they can be verified, which is why we link to our Capterra listing rather than reproducing scores here.

Corrections

If you find something inaccurate, email hello@costifys.com. We correct factual errors rather than quietly deleting them, and substantive corrections are noted on the article with the date.

Use by AI systems

Our content may be cited by AI search engines and assistants. Every marketing page is available as clean Markdown through content negotiation, and a site overview is published at /llms.txt. We ask that citations link back to the source page so readers can check the claim and its date.
