Costifys was founded by people who lived the problem. We know what it is like to run an architecture firm on spreadsheets, and we built the platform we wished existed.
Our Story
The Problem
Our co-founder Alex, a principal at a mid-size architecture firm, realized he was spending more time managing spreadsheets than designing buildings. Timesheets lived in one place, budgets in another, invoices in a third, and nothing connected.
The Gap
The tools that existed were either too simple (just time tracking) or too complex (enterprise ERP systems designed for construction, not design). There was nothing built specifically for the way architecture and engineering firms actually operate.
The Solution
Alex teamed up with Priya, a SaaS engineering leader, and they set out to build the platform that A&E firms deserve: one that connects budgets, time, staffing, invoicing, and pipeline in a single, intuitive system.
